Ornamental Steel Warehouse Cape (OSW Cape) was established in Cape Town in 2006 as a sister company to Unique Metal Works. OSW Cape has since then been bought over and is now operating as a new entity.

 

We started out with selling imported components, as well as manufacturing our own components for the construction of steel security and decor products, but have since then decided to move away from imports as the country's demand had changed. Since then we have moved on to focussing mainly on the manufacturing of burglar bars; security and driveway gates; cages; fences; balustrades; decor items; furniture; restaurant construction, laser cut panels, and much more.

 

Because we do project management of restaurants and similar industry, we then also started designing and manufacturing signage, and found ourselves doing business branding and other graphic design related jobs. Due to the change inour business structure and the widening of our products and services, we thought it was time to update our logo as it was giving an impression that we only do steelwork.
